This is 90% inside B2B sales. It means prospecting, networking, building relationships, closing, and exceeding sales goals. Our most successful people enjoy selling and are always working to improve their knowledge, skills, and sales performance.
You will benefit by attending all company training activities, attend trade shows, visit customers at least once per quarter, prospect to create new contacts, cultivate new relationships, and close sales.
The right person will focus on achieving the highest commission rate, not settle with hitting the minimum requirements.
We are looking for people with a minimum of three years of successful sales experience. This individual must be competitive with a history of winning and must believe they can earn more than six figures in commission alone. Experience in bilingual sales to Latin American markets is a must. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM would also be a bonus.
